Paul Geddes was born in Ipswich, Queensland Australia and took his first photograph with a Kodak 126 instamatic camera around 1969.

He commenced work with a photographer in Ipswich in 1971 and learnt to take professional photographs at the local balls, dances and formals in nostalgic black and white. Later on he gained further experience shooting weddings, portraiture and commercial photography.

After eight years in that position Paul moved on to the media using the gained skills for editorial and advertising photography for around nineteen years as well as the occasional wedding or portrait that came along.

These days Paul has a passion for tourism and has released a new range of postcards for Ipswich, and produces cards and stationary with photo images such as Christmas cards etc. and also producing beautiful framed Australiana prints.
